Powertex Workshop

 

Hi Everyone,

We had a wonderful Powertex workshop on Sat 26th Oct, 15.  They created some stunning pieces.  Meagan's piece is blue and silver, Anja's piece is pink and silver, and my Mum's piece (who is 82 years old and still creating) is pink and gold.

I just loved them and I think their pieces were better than mine, well done everyone.

Cost $150 9am-5pm includes all materials to finish your project, lunch and refreshments for the day

This piece is a masterpiece.  We will be creating our Christmas wave you can either use it as a table centerpiece or a Christmas wall hanging both look stunning.  Your base colour is ivory (shabby chic) and you will be able to pick any colour tone for your final colouring to match your colour scheme for christmas.  This class books out early so call the shop on 07 55395188 to reserve your place.  Payment is required upon booking.  Sample in the shop now.

TOOLS REQUIREMENTS FOR POWERTEX WORKSHOPS

Lazy Susan (optional), apron (essential), strong large Stanley knife (approx. ¾” blades), old towel we will tear it up (essential), flat and round paintbrushes 1" and 1/2" (please make sure they are good quality brushes with synthetic fibres we have some available to buy), old fabric scissors (they will get very dirty), 1” masking tape (we have some for sale $3.50 good quality art masking tape), bottle of drinking water (for you) and small round nose pliers (bending wire).

Poweertex Christmas Table Centrepiece Workshop Sat 11th July 15

 Hi Everyone,

We have created another stunning piece for our Powertex workshop on Sat 11th July 15.  This is all you will need on your Christmas table this year.  We have created ours in Ivory and blue but you can using ivory as the base and colour whatever your colour scheme is.

Come for a fun filled day where you will go home with this wonderful piece created along with plenty of laughs, food and refreshment.

Powerprint Workshop

Hi Everyone,

Tia recently attending our workshop using Powerprint (photo transfer).  Tia created a stunning piece on canvas using the tree picture transferred onto her canvas, then built up her background using a number of products from the Powertex range.  If you want to see some of our upcomming workshops click here.

We conducted our workshop on the weekend using our Powertex products here are some of the results.  We incorporated gilding flakes using the Bronze Powertex, buttons and natural fibres, along with Powertrix powders for colour.

We are exited to have been given the opportunity to have Trina McClune come and teach for us on 11^th June, 15.  Trina has recently been honoured with Runner-Up of Cardmaker of the Year with Australian Simply Cards we congratulate her and look forward to meeting her soon.  Trina is a highly qualified teacher and designer for Prima products and we are privileged to have her teach for us.  So if you were thinking of attending one of her classes book now as we have just acquired an empty shop for classes and we can make room for more to come.

The classes include approx. $60 worth of retail value product and of course Trina.  These classes are excellent value know the quality Trina teaches.
